Returns Policy

All of our products can be returned to us within 7 Days of purchase. We will gladly credit your account in full - minus original shipping costs - as long as the package is sealed, has not been used and is returned in its original packaging.

We will credit the lesser amount of either a 10% handling fee or the product value on the date received for all returns received after 7 days of purchase - minus original shipping costs.

If you wish to return a product, please return it to our offices in Cape Town or Johannesburg, if you are unable to return the product to our offices, please contact us and we will arrange for the product to be collected from your premises at a cost of R65
